These sessions focus on proper alignment, core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and breath control.


  • 11:30AM = Yoga for Beginners

These sessions are slow-paced and are primarily focused on pranayama (breathing Exercises) and proper alignment. Props and modifications are incorporated. Especially constructed for beginners, but also really sessions to help return one's attention toward proper and correct alignment. All levels are welcomed.


  • 4:30PM = Guided Meditation

Our guided meditation sessions begin with a series of warm up floor poses, select Pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by seated meditation. Students a state of inner stillness, and with consistent practice they enjoy the following benefits:- Meditation reduces stress, controls anxiety, helps to manage depression, enhances self awareness, promotes emotional health, lengthens attention span, helps with the reduction of age related memory loss, helps generate kindness, helps fight addictions, improves sleep, helps control pain, decreases blood pressure. All levels are welcomed.


  • 5:30PM = Vinyasa

Movement on the breath, these sessions flow with ease and compassion. Modifications and the use of props are offered to encourage proper alignment where necessary. Poses include back-bends, arm balances...


  • 6:30PM = Power

Strong, fast-paced, total body practice builds heat, strength and stamina. Creating longer leaner muscles, greater mobility and improved circulation.


  • 7:30PM = Yin

Floor based poses targeting the lower spine, hips, inner thighs & pelvis. Poses are held for 3-6 mins with a focus on the connective tissues of the body.
