Start by taking care of yourself, I recommend yoga AND meditation.

When you take good care of yourself - all of you - body, mind, spirit & emotions (yoga + meditation covers ALL of these) - you will create an abundance of love to give away.
---> It's like simmering goodness in a pot to share. I invite you to imagine as it simmers on the "inside" the substance & contents expanding.
---> So start taking really good care of yourself and you'll see your essence increasing with an overflow of love and caring for you to then share with others.
*** And the result of this over long term:
You will cultivate a wealth of joy and grow many feelings of abundance, compassion and gratitude.
These 3 abundance, compassion & gratitude - they are like beautiful seeded plants - no one gives them to us as a fully grown tree :o ---> WE ourselves, yes we cultivate them..!
