April’s Pose of the Month: Setu Bandha Sarvangasana [Bridge Pose]... . I got a little carried away and gave this lady a scalloped edge on her workout top. Ha ha ha
Okay guys next week we will go over this pose fully, adding much more beautiful detailing. .. let's build a bridge .. a very strong one, limb by limb let's start with this one.
We will look at an advance version which deepens the muscle work and we will look at the modified ... as well as address the upper arms, the pelvis and sternum, both heels and exactly where they should be, the chin and your smile :).
This pose is great for depression, calms the nervous system and the brain, stimulated the lungs, thyroid glands and abdominal organs, improves digestion, alleviates stress & mild depression, improves blood circulation, stretches chest, hips, spine, neck, strengthens the back, buttocks & hamstrings
