Pose of the Month: MARCH = Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog). . .
Ha ha ha I kept sketching and for some reason though I am not 💯% on this one I'm rolling with it and loving it as it is ... it's the information that's important. 🐝🐝🐝
===> okay Downward facing dog 🎋 A testy little pose for beginners but once you surpass beginner level this pose will be your very best friend. Both an inversion and arm balancing pose - some of the major areas worked include the Deltoid, Latissimus Dorsi, Gluteus Maximus, Hamstrings, Gastrocnemius, Triceps, Serratus Anterior, Quadriceps. .
I cannot stress the importance of this pose for addressing/assisting overall posture and relieving stress. So many benefits and many other highlights with relation to the arm position, distance apart, direction of elbows, internal rotation of thighs and the works - all of which I will detail & help you to fine tune during class 🙃
... This upcoming month's star pose will be held on every insert for 3mins and it will be inserted plenty ... why? Because we're building, building, building ... towards 9mins in 2019:)!
Bring your loving, bring your smiles - we will have some fun focusing on this one
- All my love, see you very soon ❤️❤️❤️
