Negative messaging can be given to us throughout the course a of lifetime in many different forms - directly, indirectly. In bitter ways ... in sweet ways - and often we can be caught up and confused by it especially when it comes cloaked in very sweet words - but remember this anything can be dressed up or stripped down. . ====>++++++====> OKAY you may also look at it this way - If an awful and most harmful drug is given to you in edible form inside of a sweet cupcake instead of off the tip of a syringe ... is it not still an awful and most harmful drug ? ... well yes, of course it is (!) Well the same idea applies with messaging. . Always look to identify the types of messaging we are being fed - especially from those surrounding us ... from those, to whom we have assigned some value.. If the messaging is negative Re-evaluate, be grateful for them, lose them and EXIT ... RUN! 🏃 🏃🏃🐎🐎🐎🦋🦋🦋 ❤️❤️❤️ YOU are WORTHY - in all ways and ALWAYS !.

Ha ha ha Hey do you have some friends like that ? Where you get their names wrong and they don't answer? …ooh OR how about this ... where you get their Spirits wrong and they don't answer or respond? ... and you think wow where has the loving gone when realizing it wasn't love at all... the love was actually coming from YOU ! — Hey you got their spirits wrong (not always but sometimes it happens!). It's very important to get it right --- never let that be down played --- it's the difference between the value or loss of time ... Start calling a "friend" a friend. Call another "the other". Call someone kind, kind. Call a fake, a fake. Call someone negative, negative. Just like you'd call someone funny, funny ha ha ha - always start there and see how often the similar feeling OR name comes up =+=+=> because the truth, it NEVER lies => so always call a spade a spade ... you get it. 🙃🙃🙃 And in the meantime - Oooh can I possibly change the device remote's name to Bob? feels so natural Bob the remote, Uh uhm, Roberto, what's the temperature today? ... and it responds: Loving, very loving ❤️❤️❤️ From me some laughter with the LIGHT and a very great day to all. Enjoy the journey and keep up the great work. I took a super early call from a friend who wanted to talk to me of something they've been going through with someone they trusted. We've all been there - where we have trusted or let someone in and they suddenly turn from being what appeared to be a loving, encouraging ally.. to suddenly (any chance they can) poking holes in any moment of joy we have "that is not centered around theirs" and it's shocking each and every time when someone unexpected throws us shade - any for of shade - it doesn't matter the type - SHADE is SHADE!. It shocks especially because on the surface (+ publicly) they look + read very well... but do something "amazing" big or small amazing - and then they show the dark, petty, evil, discontent they've been brewing underneath ---> whenever situations are isolated and behind the scenes. And it can be swift.... oh gosh I had someone do this to me between November and the End of December (a matter of 1 month and they swiftly showed their ugly underneath) - and if I had to say what the shade came for ha! Well let me just say it was some really dumb shit, quite petty and laughable. But I was glad it unnerved them, because in that process I really got to know them, It is not in the smiles - but it is in this other stuff that we see character. *** People like this are ugly - when you're ugly on the inside (no matter how good looking) you will end up being an ugly person all round. Yes people do make mistakes - and mistakes or misunderstandings can always be worked through and forgiven. However throwing shade is usually a very deliberate and very purposeful act. This is another kind of beast - it's an action (or refusal to act where proper protocol is necessary) which loudly announces an unkind spirit. I gave my friend the same advice I give myself and that is to always love yourself enough to => maintain your integrity and your emotional health, carefully detach + WALK AWAY ... RUN! Please be good to yourself. Ssy, Life by YOGA ![]() February begins our POSE OF THE MONTH series. YES! Excitement (hands clapping uncontrollably) because to kick this off February's pose is Vrikshasana - lovingly known as Tree Pose. Many benefits include: Strengthening the spine, the knees, ligaments & tendons... while the hips become loosened, this pose also relieves sciatica. I invite you to get started at home one leg after the other, remembering the highlighted areas for attention - I want you to especially make sure to keep the hips level and even. AND watch the knee on the bent leg... it always wants to go in towards your center line - do not let it - work hard to keep the inner thighs active and keep encouraging that knee opening outward. Beginners you are allowed to keep your foot resting just above the ankle and increase it's height over time - Get to know Vrikshasana, have fun with it at home and we will step it up during class - for the entire month of February we will be holding this pose starting at 3mins on each leg and increasing towards Month's end ... why? Because it is our pose of the month so let the loving begin! Reminder: It's special and it's not easy => and that's why it deserves YOU :o). I don't mind when you pause, it's more important that you begin ans each time you can build towards that 3mins. I believe in you, let's get to it! I invite you to imagine as it simmers on the "inside" the substance & contents expanding. ---> So start taking really good care of yourself and you'll see your essence increasing with an overflow of love and caring for you to then share with others. *** And the result of this over long term: You will cultivate a wealth of joy and grow many feelings of abundance, compassion and gratitude. 👉👉👉 These 3 abundance, compassion & gratitude - they are like beautiful seeded plants - no one gives them to us as a fully grown tree :o ---> WE ourselves, yes we cultivate them..! 🙏🙏🙏 so please remember step 1: plant the seed BY taking very good care of yourself step 2: water it BY living well with others... and over time step 3: watch it grow BY "seeing" and acknowledging the goodness that returns & flows to and through your life. "I attended Life by Yoga's classes in a past Harlem location, while vacationing in NYC. From the time I entered the space I was impressed. I can still remember how it felt just walking in - it was great... calming, very thought through, warm & inviting. The props provided were in good condition too. Hey it was my first time practicing yoga and while exploring plenty of yoga spots in NYC - I was told about Life by Yoga's special difference by a friend. During the classes I was walked through each pose in a very patient & compassionate way. They were attentive to my needs, and as well as to the needs of the others in the class.
As a novice - so many of the yoga stretches were way beyond my capabilities :o - but I was given modifications, specific to my body structure and at the end of class I left feeling challenged, refreshed, enlightened and spiritually activated.
